About OCC

Oxford Computer Consultants specialize in providing robust, effectual solutions to local authorities, social services and service providers.

OCC was formed in 1989 and have been working with local authorities since 1992, when we introduced CSOCC, our Fairer Charging system. Since then we have expanded our range of software solutions and are a recognised quality supplier of Supporting People and Fairer Charging applications.

Throughout, we have displayed a long-term commitment to producing social care applications for:

Our experience resulted in us designing a Supporting People Client Subsidy Tool for the Department for Communities and Local Government. This calculates the amount that Supporting People clients pay for the services they receive and how much subsidy they should receive. The DCLG was so impressed by the tool, they now provide a version free of charge to all local authorities with social care responsibilities.
